User Contact Privacy Policy.

This User Contact Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Korevin Solutions (“Korevin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and manages information from individuals who click on our advertisements or submit a contact, interest, or lead form to us. It supplements, and should be read together with, our general Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to you if you:

• Click on a Korevin advertisement running on Meta / Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, or any other Korevin ad campaign; or
• Submit a contact form, audit request, interest form, lead form, or other inquiry through korevin.com or a linked landing page.

It does not replace our general Privacy Policy — it describes, in more detail, how we handle ad-attribution data and the information you give us when you reach out.

2. Consent to Collection & Use

By clicking a Korevin advertisement and/or submitting a form on our Site, you consent to Korevin collecting, tracking, and managing the information you submit or that is generated by your interaction with the ad or form, including your name, email address, phone number, company, role/title, location, and any responses or free-text answers you provide. If you do not agree, please do not click our ads or submit a form — you may still contact us directly by email.

3. Information We Collect

This Policy covers two categories of information:

Information you submit

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Business details: company name, role/title.
• Location: city/region you provide, or approximate location inferred from your IP address.
• Your responses: any answers, notes, or free-text you include in a form, along with the specific offer, ad, or campaign that led you to submit it.

Information generated by your interaction with our ads

• Which advertisement, ad set, and campaign you clicked (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, or Google).
• Click and conversion identifiers (for example, Meta’s fbclid or Google’s gclid) used to connect your click to a later form submission.
• Device, browser, and general engagement data collected automatically, as described in our general Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising & Analytics Tracking

We use Google Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels from Meta / Facebook and Google Ads to attribute ad clicks to on-site actions, measure conversions (such as form submissions), and build aggregate audience metrics used to improve targeting and campaign performance. These tools may set cookies, use pixel-based tracking, and — where you have provided it — match your submitted contact information (in hashed form) against advertising platforms for conversion measurement and audience building, consistent with Meta’s and Google’s advertiser terms.

This tracking follows the consent and cookie framework described in Section 4 of our general Privacy Policy, including Google Consent Mode v2. You can manage or withdraw analytics and advertising cookie consent at any time via “Manage cookies” in the site footer.

5. Automated Follow-Up Communications

By submitting a contact, interest, or lead form (or clicking a Korevin ad that leads to such a submission), you consent to receive follow-up communications from Korevin related to your inquiry, including:

• Email messages, including automated and AI-assisted follow-up sequences.
• SMS / text messages, including automated and AI-assisted messages, sent to the phone number you provide.
• Phone calls, including calls initiated or assisted by automated or AI-based systems.

These communications may be generated in whole or in part by automated or AI-assisted tools operating on Korevin’s behalf. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.

How to opt out

You may withdraw consent and stop receiving follow-up communications at any time by:

• Replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us;
• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email we send you; or
• Emailing korevin.integrations.ai@gmail.com and asking us to stop contacting you.

We will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable period, consistent with applicable law and the technical limitations of the messaging platforms we use.

6. Data Management, Storage & Sharing

Information collected under this Policy is stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential engagement, measure ad performance, and meet legal obligations — generally up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information collected under this Policy only with our service providers — analytics providers (Google Analytics), advertising platforms (Meta / Facebook, Google Ads), and email/communications providers — acting as processors on our behalf to deliver the functions described above. These providers are contractually and/or platform-bound to their own privacy commitments; see Meta’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you under this Policy.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent to tracking, ad attribution, or follow-up communications at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

These rights are consistent with those described in Section 7 of our general Privacy Policy and are available to residents covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar state and international laws. 8. Relationship to Our General Privacy Policy

This Policy supplements, and does not replace, Korevin’s general Privacy Policy, which governs our website as a whole, including payment processing and broader data practices. Where this Policy is silent on a topic, our general Privacy Policy applies. In the event of a direct conflict specific to ad-click and contact-form data, this Policy controls.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the Effective Date above. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
