FAQ

The questions clients actually ask.

Plain answers on pricing, timeline, ownership, and security — plus the short version of why this company exists in the first place.

ORIGIN

How Korevin Solutions started.

Justin and Matthew met as coworkers at a fast-moving tech startup. They were hired to build, but most of the work in front of them turned out to be diagnostic. Around them, contractors collected invoices, project managers shuffled tickets, and decisions died inside three-week approval chains. The titles changed; the pattern didn't. Most of the people in the building were burning cycles, not shipping outcomes.

The damage lived in the gaps. Between people. Between tools. Between intent and execution. Time leaked out of every handoff, budget evaporated into status meetings, and momentum lived for a quarter and died in the next.

So they stopped waiting for the system to repair itself. They started engineering around it — stripping ceremony, automating the work no one wanted to own, and rebuilding the path from decision to delivery. The wheel finally turned.

The lesson scaled beyond one company. If two engineers inside one startup could claw back that much velocity, then every operator weighed down by the same drag — logistics teams reconciling spreadsheets by hand, healthcare offices drowning in intake paperwork, professional services firms reinventing the same workflow on every account — was quietly bleeding the same way.

Korevin Solutions was built to fix it for them. Not with another dashboard. Not with another consultant. With systems that do the work.

QUESTIONS

Every question, answered.

How much does an engagement cost?

Pricing is scope-dependent and quoted as a fixed proposal after the discovery audit. We map your workflows, identify the highest-leverage automations, and price the build against that specific scope — no blind estimates, no surprise overages.

How long does a typical project take?

Most engagements ship within four to eight weeks of kickoff. Lighter automations have gone live in under six; multi-system builds with deep integration take longer. We commit to a timeline as part of the fixed proposal.

Do you offer retainers or only one-off builds?

Both. Most clients start with a defined project, then continue under a retainer for ongoing optimization, new automations, and system care. Retainers are scoped monthly and cancellable.

What tools and providers do you use?

We're not married to any single stack. We select the best-fit toolchain for your environment — your existing systems, your security posture, and your team's ability to maintain it after handoff. The right answer depends on what you already run.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. All deliverables — code, models, configurations, prompts, and documentation — are yours outright on completion. We retain only the reusable internal methods and frameworks we apply across engagements, never client-specific work product.

How do you handle security and data?

We sign mutual NDAs by default, operate inside your environments wherever possible, and follow your data handling and access policies. Client data is never used to train external models, and we scope access to the minimum required to deliver the work.
